Samara Prosser

Personal experience in improving her own posture and core strength has led her to believe that Clinical Pilates offers something to everyone. She appreciates that the best aspect of Clinical Pilates is the way that it can be adapted to an individual to meet their needs. Samara’s areas of expertise in Clinical Pilates include pre- and post-natal women, and managing low back pain and sporting injuries. She enjoys the challenge of working with different injuries, using her Physiotherapy, Exercise Prescription and Clinical Pilates skills to implement individualised Exercise Rehabilitation Programs.

Outside of work she loves travelling, especially exploring other cultures, learning more about health and wellbeing, a really good book, and cheering on her Pie Boys.
