Balance and Falls Classes | Strength & Conditioning Classes

Our exercise classes are personalised and have a maximum of 5 participants in each group. Exercise classes are run by both our Exercise Physiologist and our physiotherapists

 

Strength and Conditioning classes

Strength and Conditioning classes offer additional help in the recovery process to return the client to better fitness than before their injury occurred. These classes are excellent for clients recovering from surgery such as total hip or total knee replacements.

 

Balance and Falls prevention classes

Falls prevention classes for the older age group assist clients to improve their balance and reduce their fear of falling. They have either had a fall or frequent falls or wish to prevent falls occurring in the future.
